This paper pieced medallion style quilt can be used as a wall hanging or for the center of a larger quilt. It's easy to piece using my on top method. No turning the paper over, holding it up to a light, or wasting chunks of fabric. For easy fabric selection, choose fabric to coordinate with a multi-color print. Annis Clapp has had a passion for sewing since she was a child, and has been designing and making quilts and related items since the mid '70s. While making her son's wedding quilt in 1998-99 she became interested in quick piecing techniques. The discovery of rag quilting in 2001 led to 3 quilt books published by Leisure Arts.
