These 6" blocks for a lap size quilt work up quickly with my on top method of foundation paper piecing using an Ultimate Seam Guide. No turning the paper over, holding it up to a light, or wasting chunks of fabric. Choose a variety of fat quarters in 4 color families to make the quilt shown, or use a large selection of leftover fabrics for a scrappier look.
Annis Clapp has had a passion for sewing since she was a child, and has been designing and making quilts and related items since the mid '70s.
