Choose 6 fabrics ranging from dark to light and cut each into six 5" strips and one 2 1/2" strip for this full size quilt. Follow the step-by-step illustrated instructions using an Ultimate Seam Guide and you will soon have twelve hundred 2" finished squares sewn together that make up the quilt center. Choose monochromatic colors as shown or choose a rainbow of colors. Save time cutting, pinning, and pressing!
Annis Clapp has had a passion for sewing since she was a child, and has been designing and making quilts and related items since the mid '70s. While making her son's wedding quilt in 1998-99 she became interested in quick piecing techniques. The discovery of rag quilting in 2001 led to 3 quilt books published by Leisure Arts. She has had quilts featured in McCall's Quick Quilts and Ricky Tims' Kool Kaleidoscope Quilts. Her desire for speed and accuracy in her piecing skills led to the development of the Ultimate Seam Guide in 2003 which is now available through C & T Publishing.
