About Me
Sewing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It includes everything from clothing to home decorating to industrial sewing jobs. But after taking up quilting in the 1980’s, all other types of sewing took a back seat.
After many years of working in tech companies, I opened a quilt shop - and it was wonderful! But my desire to design led me to close my retail shop and to start Judabelle Quilts. Now I can indulge my fondness for fabric and color, exercise my design skills, and put my technical writing experience to a new use.
I specialize in easy-to-make machine-pieced scrap quilts, but really I love ALL kinds of quilts. You'll also find some hand-sewing projects here. Hope you like them!
